Annie - Rainbow Bridge

Annie - Rainbow Bridge

BIO:
Annie will be 13 years old in June. She is a very sweet senior golden who had lived her entire life with one family. Unfortunately, due to allergies with the family, Annie had lived most of her life outside and when the family decided to move into a smaller home, there was not a good place for Annie. Her family loved her and felt she deserved to spend her senior years indoors and with a family who understood her needs. We thought we would have to search months for a family who would want Annie but Annie must have had a guardian angel looking out for her. A family who had lost their senior golden to cancer in January (Sunshine Sam - adopted from Adopt a Golden Atlanta in early 2004)was looking for another senior golden. (We think Sam sent them back to us). Well, they came to adoption day and Annie put on the charm. There was no question - they wanted her! Today, Annie has a new Mom and Dad and two little girls to raise. No one is allergic and Annie loves being indoors. She still has a big backyard where she keeps the girls safe while they play. She takes her family for 'strolls' around the neighborhood and she has a boyfriend! Aspen, a 14 year old male golden lives right next door. Life is pretty sweet for this senior girl. It's like she has retired got to go to a resort where they fluff her bed every day and she orders from room service. Did we mention she just loves people food?!
